In addition to creating a favorable training environment, strategic collaboration with local administrations, particularly county governments, has been instrumental in increasing participation, allowing the program to exceed its projected targets. Other contributing factors include the fair and transparent selection of beneficiaries, inclusive engagement of mobilizers, and consistent monthly performance evaluations by the implementation teams.
Working with the county and national Governments has resulted in programs garnering substantial support and contributions from various stakeholders, including personal commitments from individual leaders.
