David Otieno, AiRD Programs Manager, on why investing in Kenya’s youth is essential for inclusive and sustainable development.
At AiRD, youth empowerment is at the heart of our work. Through our four strategic pillars, we create pathways for young people to thrive by strengthening their employability, delivering Learning for Life and other skills development programs, promoting entrepreneurship, supporting business development and facilitating linkages to employment and market opportunities.
We believe that lasting change can only be achieved through strong partnerships. We therefore invite government institutions, development partners, the private sector and other stakeholders to join us in empowering Kenya’s youth and unlocking their potential to drive inclusive and sustainable development. Together, we can create opportunities that transform lives and build a more resilient and prosperous future for Kenya.
